Nestled on the serene and accessible south end of Lake Lanier, less than an hour north of Atlanta, lies your family’s next unforgettable escape – Paradise Point.

Experience the tranquility of a quiet cove, or a short boat ride to Margaritaville or Aqualand! Whatever you chose to do Paradise Point will be the perfect place to spend your time.

This Paradise lake house is friendly to all ages, and is perfectly located. With an easy level walk to the lake you can enjoy sunset views from the dock or from the porch. The home is located at the south end of the lake in a large private cove–just minutes away from Lanier Islands, restaurants, marinas, hiking, and much more by both boat and car.

The home has a large wrap around deck and patio with enough seating for everyone. While you are enjoying the large deck you can cook out the on the gas grill, all while enjoying beautiful lake views.

There are two king bedrooms upstairs, while downstairs houses the 4 bunkbeds and second kitchen/living area.

On the main level you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; an open-concept living room; a large dining room; an open-concept kitchen and a wood burning fireplace. The living room features a large sliding glass door for guests to enjoy views of the backyard and lake. The sliding doors lead out to the covered patio and wrap around deck where you will find the outdoor dining area.

On the lower level you will find a second full kitchen and living area, laundry room, and bunk room with a full bathroom. Another sliding glass door leads you to the covered downstairs patio with seating, another perfect space to enjoy views of the lake and surrounding area.

The private dock provides the perfect place for families to enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, jet skiing, water skiing, bird watching and plenty of other great activities! At the end of the day, let the quiet and calming sounds of nature lead you into the perfect sleep in our little slice of paradise.

There are many surrounding marinas that offer boat rentals for our guests, or you can bring your own. Guests are able to use the dock slip for the duration of their stay. There are plenty of public boat ramp minutes from the house that you can launch your boat at.
