Named after the location where founder Robert R. Taira opened his first bakery over 70 years ago in Hilo, Hawaii.

Described as a fast-casual experience with breakfast, lunch and dinner in one stop.

Additionally, the new location provides a kids menu, also known as a keiki menu, specialty drinks and an assortment of “signature baked goods only found at Hello Hilo.”
