-a top deck with a sun area and a covered area complete with a wet bar, beverage refrigerator TV, stereo system and waterslide off the back

“Plattship” is docked at a private, super-sized marina grade double slip dock at a family home located on the mid-south end of the Lake just south of Browns Bridge between Balus Creek and Flat Creek. The water is deep and fairly clear. There are cross-tie terrain steps down the bank to access the dock/lake.

The houseboat remains at dock at all times. However, 4+ hour guided tours and outings are available for groups up to 20–prices start at just $250 per hour. (4 Hour Minimum) Captain, first mate and fuel are included in the pricing.
