Flowery Yoga on the Lawn is returning, and you are invited — a seasonal rhythm of movement, connection, and community.
I’m excited to be partnering once again with @cityoffb to bring this outdoor offering to life.
Starting in May, we’ll gather outside and in flow — uniting breath, body, and the beauty around us.
These classes are an invitation to slow down, feel supported, and remember that when we gather in presence, and community, something shifts.
