The quiet lake cottage on Lake Lanier is perfect for a quick getaway. Located on the north side of the lake in the Chestatee area this home has plenty of amenities to enjoy what the lake has to offer. The house sits about 50 feet from the water’s edge. If you prefer to be on the water you can enjoy the setting sun on a two-level party dock. A professionally built fire pit is ideal for those cooler evenings overlooking the lake. The cottage itself was remodeled and includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A comfortable living room seats at least 6 and includes leather furniture and a 55″ flat-screen TV. Off the living areas is a large vaulted screen porch that overlooks the water. It can be cooled by the ceiling fan or heated by the propane gas heater.
