The home boasts a 12 kW solar system with backup batteries which generates the majority of the energy used at the property and helps to keep the lights on in case of a power outage.

When you’re not enjoying the views or spending time in the lake or pool, the house also has 60′ flat-screen TV in both the living room and game room that are great for watching sports and movies. In addition, there are two primary suites at Sunset Summit. The upstairs primary bedroom has beautiful views of the lake from the bedroom and bathroom and a large balcony to relax on while you enjoy your morning coffee or wind down at the end of your day.
