Unique round house close to Lake Lanier and downtown Flowery Branch. In a quiet neighborhood. Two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms plus office/bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the office has a twin size bed. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials. There is a smart TV in the living room and also one in each of the queen bedrooms. Bring your passwords for your favorite streaming channels. Sixty feet of parking at the street for a fishing boat and and truck. No parties please.
Jack and Jill full bath between main bedroom and office/bedroom. Half bath in second bedroom.
There is space in the driveway for 2-3 cars and space across the front of the lot to park as well. Fishing boats are often parked at the street. It’s a low traffic area.
Other things to note:
Washer and dryer available for stays of a week or longer.
There is no dishwasher in the kitchen due to space constraints.
